The Role:

A key member of the in-house creative team, the Digital Designer will be designing content for use across social media, our website and app. As a digital native, the Digital Designer will work alongside the content and marketing teams, as well as collaborating with agency resource.

Key responsibilities:

• Design Framework Innovator: Creating templates for the content team (social and video) to exploit as required.
• Static Design: Designing static assets for social media while working alongside colleagues who are designing the motion assets.
• Platform & App Visionary: Working alongside the Digital Product team, you’ll be producing creative for the official Formula website and app
• Creative Team Player: Working as part of a wider content and editorial team, you’ll be directly contributing to ideation for content plans and production.

What we're looking for in you:

• Design superstar: An expert in Designing for social media (on websites and apps) with an understanding for narratives and storylines.
• Creative thinker: Ability to ideate innovative content and concepts
• Collaborative spirit: A highly collaborative and team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across different teams, comfortable working in a dynamic environment and responding quickly to changing priorities.
• Driven by passion: A genuine passion for sports, entertainment, and digital media.
