The Role:

The Senior VIP Relations Manager is a senior-level role responsible for building, nurturing, and elevating relationships with Formula E’s most influential stakeholders — including global sponsors, automotive manufacturers, team owners, senior executives, and high-value guests. This position acts as a strategic liaison and trusted ambassador for the organisation, ensuring a consistently high standard of personalised engagement across all touch points, especially during race weekends and global events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder and relationship champion: Responsible for acting as the primary contact for Formula E's key VIPs (including commercial partners, OEM executives, team principals, and board-level stakeholders) for developing and executing personalised engagement strategies and curating tailored VIP gifting experiences.
• Executive hosting and guest experience: Host and Manage VIP guests of the CEO and executive team at global race events, design and coordinate bespoke itineraries, and provide high-touch support and on-site presence for all executive guests during race weekends.
• Engagement planning & scheduling expert: Build a strategic cadence of 1:1 engagement for top-tier contacts, including calls, meetings, lunches, dinners, and briefings, and organise high-level social engagements such as executive breakfasts, partner dinners, and intimate networking moments.
• New prospect management: Identify and nurture new high-potential VIPs through outreach and relationship-building, collaborating with commercial and sponsorship teams to convert prospects into formal partnerships or stakeholder roles.
• CEO representation & external engagement: Working closely with the CEO Personal Assistant, to oversee planning for CEO speaking engagements, coordinate prep materials, briefing documents and post-event summaries to ensure alignment with strategic messaging.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams (Sporting, Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Sales, and Premium Experience) to deliver integrated VIP experiences, manage internal stakeholder relationships, and coordinate alongside the CEO Personal Assistant with security, travel, and operations for high-profile guests
• Data & CRM Management: Maintain a confidential and accurate VIP contact database with personal preferences, key dates, and engagement history, as well as producing regular engagement reports and dashboards to measure outreach efficacy and relationship depth.

What we're looking for in you:

• Exceptional Relationship Management: Significant experience in senior-level relationship management, guest experience, or executive engagement within sport, luxury, or corporate settings.
• High-profile stakeholder management: A proven track record managing C-level and high-profile stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Cross-sector expertise: Experience in motorsport, entertainment, hospitality, or global brand management preferred.
• Unparalleled Interpersonal and communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a diplomatic, intuitive, and highly personalised approach.
• Precision Planning & Logistical Capabilities: Strong attention to detail and planning and logistical capabilities with the ability to manage complex itineraries and multi-market schedules.

• Global Mobility & Adaptability: Flexibility to travel frequently and work non-traditional hours, including weekends and international events.
• Multilingual Communicator: Ideally fluent in at least two languages, but not essential (English, Spanish, German preferable).
