The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the success of commercial events and experiences. This is a hands-on, proactive position that requires a commercial mindset and effective communication to deliver one of the sport’s most premium and distinctive hospitality experiences. 

This is a fixed-term contract of 11 months.

The key deliverables are:

• Plan and Execute World-Class Commercial Events: You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing world-class commercial events. This includes supporting the planning, scheduling, and delivery of premium and commercial on-site experiences and side events.
• Create Innovative Experiences for Partners: You will help innovate and create memorable experiences for Formula E teams and partners. This involves supporting the creative ideation for events and delivering unrivalled unique experiences like behind the scenes access tours, VIP Laps, and grid walks.
• Coordinate Across Teams and Suppliers: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key deliverables are distributed and communicated effectively. The role also involves building and maintaining key relationships with external suppliers to ensure exceptional service.

What we're looking for in you:

• Exceptional Organisational Skills: This is essential for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating every detail from invoicing and budget to on-site execution. You should have prior experience in an operational role working on large-scale events or in a large venue.
• Adaptable and Solutions-Focused Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and commercialise innovative activation and event initiatives. Being able to think creatively and find solutions for partners based on their brand and marketing objectives.
• Excellent Communication: Experience building and maintaining key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to coordinate with various departments and communicate key deliverables clearly and effectively.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
