The Role:
This is a pivotal leadership role within the Marketing Growth function, where you’ll be at the forefront of defining and optimising our digital products to achieve ambitious growth results. You will lead a small team, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement. The key deliverables are:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy, and requirements for
Formula E’s digital product suite, with a focus on user journeys, conversion rates, and
fan growth. You will also build and maintain product roadmaps that are aligned with
business objectives, commercial needs, and fan expectations.
- Testing & Optimisation: Drive continuing testing programs across all digital platforms to ensure seamless, engaging, and high performing experiences. You'll use the data, testing, and research to identify friction points in user journeys and drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate across teams – including technology,
marketing and business intelligence – to ensure digital products provide maximum
value to fans and partners. You will also provide clear, data-driven reports on
performance and offer recommendations for optimisation.
What we're looking for in you:
- Significant Experience in Digital Product Management: specifically, within
consumer-facing industries like sports or entertainment. You have a strong understanding of UX, continuous optimisation, and the digital landscape, including emerging technologies such as AI.
- Leadership & Mentoring: A demonstrable leader, you've lead and developed
teams, creating a culture of experimentation and continual improvement.
- Commercial & Analytical Mindset: You have experience embedding sponsorship and other commercial opportunities into digital products. You're analytical,
comfortable with data, and able to turn insights into actionable product strategies.
- Strong Collaboration and Communication: You're a strong communicator and collaborator who can influence and build trust with senior stakeholders. You're able to work with both agencies and internal partners in an agile environment.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
