The Role:
As the Business Intelligence Director, you'll be a pivotal leader in Formula E’s strategic growth. You will serve as the trusted advisor to C-Suite & Senior Leadership, providing critical, data-driven counsel on major business decisions. You'll oversee all research initiatives, transform complex data into clear, actionable insights, and lead a high-performing team to chart our course to 2030 and beyond.
The key deliverables are:
- Strategic Growth Plan: Lead the creation of a long-term business intelligence strategy that directly supports Formula E's commercial growth objectives through 2030 and beyond.
- Comprehensive Research Oversight: Manage and execute all global research initiatives, including oversight of relationships with third-party research suppliers and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Data-Driven Reporting and Analysis: Provide clear, impactful reports and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure the accurate measurement of commercial and media performance, as well as sponsor effectiveness.
What we're looking for in you:
- Strategic & Commercial Expertise: Proven ability to connect deep, data driven insights with high-level commercial strategy. High level understanding of how data drives business growth, media rights and key investment decisions.
- Technical Expert of Research & Measurement: Deep understanding of media evaluation, sponsorship valuation, and both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Extensive proven track record in the field and by overseeing all global research initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead a high performing team and effectively communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Having a passion for mentorship and leading a team.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
