The Role:
We’re hiring a Partnership Coordinator to support on the day-to-day delivery of key Teams and Manufacturers accounts. Working cross-functionally and closely with a Senior Partnership Manager, you’ll optimise Teams and Manufacturers association with the Championship, maintain best-in-class standards of partnership servicing and ensure every activation & initiative drives measurable ROI – both at race and beyond.
- Relationship Management - Build trusted relationships with assigned Teams/Manufacturers. Understand objectives, anticipate needs and support daily delivery & support.
- Campaign Coordination – Support on day-to-day deliverables across Formula E and Team/Manufacturer campaigns, working with Event Experience, Premium Experience, Hospitality, Digital, Marketing, Comms, Retail & Licensing, Business Intelligence, Brand and Finance.
- Activation Ideation - Contribute ideas and help develop innovative, forward-thinking marketing solutions that elevate Teams/Manufacturer association with the Championship.
- Race-Weekend Operations - Oversee all Commercial, Marketing and Hospitality requirements for select accounts on race weekends ensuring seamless delivery in local markets
- Stakeholder Communication - Prepare and share clear, timely comms and materials to keep internal and external stakeholders up to date on team and manufacturer commercial and marketing initiatives. Act as the Team/Manufacturer advocate internally to leverage association of Team & Formula E.
- Account/Project Management - Maintain processes and procedures for key accounts and wider department planning, including timelines and trackers, finance, accreditation, race deliverables and deadline planning.
- Measurement & Reporting – Work with our Business Intelligence team to capture deliverables, data and feedback; produce post-event/campaign reports against objectives and KPIs with recommendations for optimisation.
What we're looking for in you:
- Experience and Expertise: You're a natural at delivering objective-based solutions, ideally with a background in sports or entertainment. You have a proven track record of providing high-quality client service, proactively anticipating partner needs, and going above and beyond.
- Organisational Skills: You're highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail, and you're comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time. You know your way around Google Suite, including Sheets, Slides, and project trackers.
- Mindset and Communication: You're proactive, accountable, and a calm presence, even under pressure. As a collaborative communicator with a growth mindset, you're always looking for ways to learn and improve.
- Willingness to Travel: You're comfortable with travelling internationally, working select weekends and race days.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
