The Role:
We are hiring a Premium Experience Coordinator (Trackside) to support the Premium Experience Manager in planning and executing experiences and event operations. This role involves managing a range of responsibilities, from developing hospitality spaces to providing end-to-end customer support, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
- Event Planning & Execution - Support the Premium Experience Manager with all event planning tasks, including staff briefings, scheduling, logistics, guest arrival and on-site coordination to ensure a seamless event day.
- Asset & Brand Management - Develop, create, and improve sales and digital assets, ensuring all client-facing materials align with the Formula E brand and values. You will also manage event hospitality branding requirements from briefing to production.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication - Maintain timely, clear, and professional communication with clients across all touchpoints. You will also act as a key point of contact for partners and sponsors during race weekends.
- Project & Account Management - Maintain and update key communication platforms like Google and Cloudlines to ensure accurate and current information. This includes managing purchase orders, tracking budgets, and providing end-to-end customer support for ticket fulfilment and distribution.
- Supplier & Operations Support - Assist in the management of suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event build and live days. You will also assist in developing hospitality spaces that align with the brand and local culture.
What we're looking for in you:
- Experience and Expertise: We're looking for someone with experience in the live events industry, preferably within the premium hospitality sector. You have a proven track record of excellent customer service and an ability to proactively solve complex problems.
- Organisational Skills: You're a natural planner with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. You're comfortable working under pressure and within tight deadlines, and you have excellent IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new technology and software.
- Mindset and Personal Qualities: The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter who is accountable and a self-motivator. You are an excellent communicator who is comfortable asking questions, challenging where necessary, and building genuine relationships both internally and externally.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
