The Role:

Are you a digital native designer ready to shape the visual identity across key platforms for a thrilling sports property? We are looking for a Digital Designer to be a core member of our in-house creative team, driving the design and execution of content across social media, the website and our official app.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where your expertise in social-first design will be essential. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams and external agencies, to deliver high impact visuals that engage our global audience.

• Social-First Creation: You will be responsible for designing compelling static assets specifically for social media. Your understanding of design for platforms is paramount.

• Platform Design & Templates: You will produce creative content for both fiaformulae.com and the official Formula E app, as required. Crucially, you will also create scalable templates that the content team can easily adapt and exploit for video and social use.

• Content Ideation & Collaboration: You will be an active member of the wider content and editorial team, contributing your unique creative perspective to ideate and shape future content plans and production. This role requires flexibility, including work during evenings and weekends as dictated by the race calendar.

What we're looking for in you:

• The Social Design Expert: You are an expert in designing for social media with an intimate knowledge of best practices, formats and design trends across all major platforms.

• The Narrative Designer: You possess a strong editorial mindset, demonstrating a clear understanding of narratives and storylines and how to translate them into compelling visual assets.

• The Collaborative Visionary: You are a highly collaborative and team-oriented individual, capable of building strong relationships across internal teams (content, marketing) and with external agency resources. You are a creative thinker, consistently able to ideate innovative content concepts.

• The Flexible Dynamo: You have a performance mindset and are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, responding quickly and proactively to changing priorities and deadlines.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office
