The Role:
Are you a detail-oriented professional ready to power the gateway to the world’s most innovative racing series? We are looking for an Accreditation Coordinator to join the Formula E team. This isn’t just an administrative role; it is a mission-critical position where you will facilitate secure, seamless and efficient access for every stakeholder, from drivers and VIPs to local crews, at world-class events across the globe.
Reporting to the Accreditation Manager, you will be a core member of the team providing the administrative backbone and onsite implementation for our global operations. You will support the end-to-end delivery of the accreditation function, ensuring that while the action happens on the track, the core pillars of access management are executed with absolute precision.
Operational Excellence & System Command: From the day-to-day configuration of complex accreditation systems and stock management to raising purchase orders and producing data reports, you ensure the departmental functions are high-performing and scalable. You don’t just handle data; you manage it to drive efficiency across the entire race calendar.
On-Site Leadership & Stakeholder Synergy: You are the pulse point for operations on the ground. You travel internationally to supervise the Accreditation Centre, managing local support teams and acting as the primary point of coordination for access control. Whether you are liaising with internal departments or external suppliers, you ensure that every query is resolved and every pass sheet is perfectly aligned with the event's access management requirements.
Quality Control & Strategic Administration: You are the champion of departmental operational integrity. You write and review project documentation for stakeholder groups across the business, verifying submissions and performing rigorous quality checks. By assisting the Accreditation Race Leads with project management support and ad-hoc reporting, you ensure our administrative standards are as high-speed and accurate as the cars on the grid.
What we're looking for in you:
The Event Specialist: You possess solid experience within the events sector, specifically understanding the nuances of accreditation and access management. You are a tech-savvy professional, comfortable navigating IT systems and Google Workspace, with a demonstrable track record in data input and information management.
The Detailed Organiser: Your attention to detail is second to none. You have the organisational skills to manage complex documentation and the "eye" required to catch discrepancies before they become onsite issues. You are comfortable with administrative proficiency and the oversight of diverse project tasks across multiple concurrent international races.
The Collaborative Problem-Solver: You are a natural team player with a "can-do" mentality and a passion for finding solutions in high-pressure environments. You possess the communication skills to build strong relationships with a diverse range of global stakeholders and the patience to navigate fast-paced, ever-changing working conditions.
The Global Adventurer: You are highly motivated and ready to take your career on the road. You possess the global and cultural awareness to work in a multi-country environment and are willing to travel extensively. While not mandatory, a genuine interest in motorsport will help you thrive in our high-octane ecosystem.
